We aim to offer a varied range of fine cheeses and as such our selection includes pasteurised and unpasteurised, cow,goat and ewe's milk cheeses and some organics.
The most popular cheese include : Montgomery Cheddar, Isle of Bute Cheddar, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Duddleswell,Pecorino,Manchego, Brie, Camembert, Cumberland smoked,Gorgonzola,Bishop Cropwell Stilton.
